Mandy Benjamin is our new property administrator and I have have nothing but pleasant experiences with her.

Barclay Street Real Estate has been managing our property for almost 3 years.
We have two high-rise towers that are joined by a large common area space housing a pool, gym and other amenities.
Ours is a property that requires a lot of attention and Barclay Street has delivered exceptional service that has far exceeded our expectations, particularly with respect to their on-site team of building operators.
I know of no other property management company that offers this level of daily on-site supervision of work by contractors as well as assisting in many of the other functions required to maintain

We were new commercial RE investors and were introduced to Shirley at Barclay's. With complete lack of experience, we rely on the expertise of professional management. It's been nearly 2 years and we could not have be happier to work with Shirley. Her experience and calm confidence helped us to wade through several issues without causing much stress in our life. She is always responsive, easy to talk to, and addresses our concerns thoroughly and in detail. We would definitely recommend her for someone who is into commercial real estate.

Barclay Street Real Estate has been a vast improvement from our past property management companies! Nathalie has been a pleasure to deal with as she has a considerable amount of experience and knowledge of the industry, and she is always willing to work with our Board to determine the best solution for any items that arise. Required repairs are taken care of in a timely and professional manner and having a building operator completing weekly checks has definitely been a value add. Overall, they have been great to work with!
