My realtor was inexperienced and left me hanging with costs i needed to cover with 3 hours left before closing. Tried to incourage me to take a lower offer, suggested lower listing prices than we sold at, missed details or errors on listing. For the cost I can't say I'm happy. Would never use ireality again and would certainly not recommend them.

Excellent experience! My real estate agent (Waj Chawdhry) was extremely helpful, patient and honest. He didn't stop till I found the perfect home and was an exceptional guide through the home buying process (especially for a first time home buyer). Would definitely work with him again and would recommend any prospective buyers/sellers to do the same!

I've been a Realtor at RE/MAX iREALTY Innovations since the summer of 2010. If you are an agent thinking of an office change, you should totally check out this brokerage. I been with Rmax Irealty Innovations since 2013 and its been the best experience of my whole real estate career of over 12 years now. Brokers are very cooperative and well informed and available all the time when you need them. Staff is very cooperative and friendly and professional . Used Re/Max iRealty innovations to purchase my first house and had excellent service throughout the whole process! They were focused on my needs and finding me the perfect house. There were limited neighborhoods in inner city that I was interested in but finally did find a great bungalow that I still love today. Pretty much exactly what I was looking for.
