Located in the beautiful wine country of the Okanagan Valley, Wine Country Bakery has been part of the Kelowna community for 15 amazing years! But like with all things in life, time for a change has come. At Alchemy Bread Company, we believe that nutrition is at the core of our health and would like to share that passion with others through our breads!
We make our loaves the old-fashioned way - they are naturally fermented (aka sourdough) and made with local organic freshly milled flour (some flours we mill in house!), all of which maximizes nutritional value and provides greater health benefits. While we realize this change might be hard for some, our hope is that we can support you through the journey of discovering our breads and finding new favourites amongst our loaves.
