My fiancé and I went here early in our search after a friend recommended we look at custom jewellers. Although very helpful and knowledgeable, we were extremely disappointed walking out. We wanted a smaller diamond (not because of budget restrictions but because of preference and my career). It was "suggested" to us that perhaps we looks at diamond alternatives rather than buy something so small, which was unprofessional and rude. We ended up finding a wonderful jeweller who got us the most beautiful diamond and ring of my dreams for $2000 less than what we were quoted at Diamonds West

I dealt with PK from Diamond West when my boyfriend and I were looking for an engagement ring. The email respond to set up the appointment was quick and efficient. PK kindly open up the downtown office to us on a Sunday as that's the only free day my boyfriend and I had. The service was very nice and professional, he understood what I want and showed me example of the CAD drawings, wax model and real samples of rings. He took the time to understand our budget and return to us with a quote with multiple options (to fit within our budget). I would definitely recommend working with PK if you

This place was great. They gave us exactly what we wanted for a price way less then any other store could give it to us for. They were not pushy at all and let us make our own decisions, yet when we asked for their opinion it wasn't based on selling the bigger diamond. I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in buying diamonds online. This is a much safer way of doing it because you get to see the diamond before you buy it.
