One Stop Rentals was started in the spring of 1985 by Tom Stibbs, Walt and Sonya Blair as a Home, Garden, Industrial, and Party Rental Company in North Port Coquitlam. The idea was ONE STOP to get all your rental items. Walt and Sonya Blair carried on focusing on the party rentals portion of the company.
Renting from One Stop Party Rentals is the ultimate in reuse which leads to reduce and a company that helps in protecting our environment. A lot of our dishes, tables, and chairs have gone out hundreds of times. In fact, we have some items that are still being used after 30 years. We have always believed that reusing products is better for the environment than disposable items.
Your dress and dcor are what guests remember the most. One Stop Party Rentals will guide you through dcor details for your special day. From the simplest weddings, to the all out weddings, One Stop Party Rentals will help you customize your wedding needs. Beginning with your ceremony; chairs, chair covers, arches, stantions, to your table settings of plates, cutlery, and all your glasses and stemware.
Rates quoted for delivery are based on curbside drop off and pick-ups only. If delivery personnel are required to carry items to a distance, up or down stairs, an extra charge will apply. Setting up and moving furniture is not included in the delivery fee. Our delivery personnel are not authorized to setup equipment unless they have been previously arranged and paid for.

One Stop Party Rentals was amazing in providing everything I needed to setup my Christmas party at work in the warehouse. To the lady that said Tanya was rude. I was parked right next to your kids showing the chairs into the backseat of their truck and then packing the rest on the back with the cushions attached in the rain????. Tanya is very passionate about her clients, staff and quality product. She definitely did not swear. I don't know why your kids would tell you that because you did not witness this incident. She talks fast and have an accent maybe they misunderstood her?? She did come out and said they are expensive chairs and do not normally go out with client only delivery because they get damaged. We used this business for my sons wedding what a mistake! I was renting a 10 x 20 tent for 3 weeks ahead but my husband found out we could buy one for half the rental cost. So I tried to cancel the order within 24 hour period. Tanya was very rude to me thinking it was for the coming weekend. She didn’t give me a chance to tell her the dates then hung up.
My son & daughter in law rented chairs from the same place, when they went to pick them up again Tanya was very rude. Swearing saying the chairs are 85.00 f ing dollars a piece. Mad because they didn’t have an enclosed vehicle to transport
