When our gas fireplace stopped working in the winter we contacted Alex and his team at Carleton Clean Air. He showed up within the hour to check out the situation. Fearing that it was a serious issue and that we may have to replace the unit but I was shocked when Alex told me that nothing needed to be replaced. He just had to service the unit and it was working as good as new. Since our house is baseboard heating throughout we rely on the gas fireplace for continuous heat to maintain the lower half of the house. We were impressed by his knowledge and how professional he was! We would recommend

Last year my AC stopped working on one of the hottest day's of the summer, I called CCAT for help. Alex came out after hours at no charge. He found the issue quickly. Got us up any running and returned the following day with a new part which was under warranty!! We can't thank him enough!
