I have used JaDoc on two separate occasions over the past year and they did an amazing job both times. My husband passed away suddenly and they went out of their way to accommodate a change of appointment to a Sunday to have the job completed before the arrival of family and friends on the Monday. I am so grateful for their outstanding work and customer service.

I was thoroughly impressed by the dedication of the lady carrying out the shampooing task. Without seeking any assistance, she single-handedly moved heavy furniture out of the way and assiduously operated the shampooing gadget in every corner of the rooms as well as the sofas. Her disposition was excellent as she conversed pleasantly as well when the opportunity was provided at the end of her work. One felt she would be the best person to have the next time as well.

I’m very satisfied with their service. Before I gave them the job, I asked if they could show me around the cleaning process. They walked me through the entire cleaning plant. From the tumbling machine to remove sand and grit over to the cleaning machine. Removing the carpet to do some spot cleaning and cleaning the carpet again. I was then taken to the drying room where the carpets are hung to dry for days until delivery or customer pick up.
I was really impressed with their thoroughness and dedication to service. They will tell you themselves their service is not cheap. My carpet came back
