RDC Jiu Jitsu Academy, located in the heart of Okanagan Valley, a city of Kelowna, British Columbia offers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Women's Only Kickboxing, Submission Wrestling, MMA, Self-Defense, Strength & Conditioning and Kids - Teens Martial Arts Classes. The academy was founded by Sterling Redlack, Kyle Deleurme, and Lance Croteau.

Tons of campions to come out of this gym. Instructor sterling redlack is well informed and has many years of experience training in multiple countries. Loved my experience here and recommend it to anyone wanting to get into mma or jiu jitsu and or anyone who is already a professional and wants to train hard.
