Went there to look at a tractor. They had it in the shop and it was already spoken for possibly. I had cash and was looking to buy. I'm not a local and wanted to make a deal before going home but they couldn't help. I am impressed that they would hold it for someone without a deposit or any definite confirmation of intention to purchase. So good on them for that but they have lost my business.

Changed rating as they affected a sale of mine with a tactic that is less than honest. Selling a M7060 and they tell my customer it's worth 50k, which is what it's worth to them on trade. Zero sum game there boys.
Busy place and like all Kubota dealers lately it's the first thing they will tell you...how busy they are it's unbelievable. Great selection, large modern facility. Much better than the hole in the wall that is close to me in Green Valley.

I bought a lawn tractor (New Holland LS55) second hand in 2015 and had been getting it serviced at another location. The other location did jobs as they were asked, but didn't do much 'extra', likely because they had bigger clients to take care of (i.e. farmers).
Topline on the other hand really did everything they could to get my tractor up and running to its true form. They found parts that I couldn't find on my own (they had to order it from Alberta) and fixed things that would have been problems from the previous owners.
Communication was good. The work that needed to be done was explained

As is often the case, good customer service is often best tested when problems happen. I recently made a purchase and had multiple problems with it (due to the engine manufacturer). After my third trip over (I live an hour away) to deal with major motor issues the customer service team (Brandon and Scott) offered to make it right by providing a full refund or replacing the unit with a new one. As it turned out they had a higher end model of the unit I had purchased in stock and they offered a discounted price to upgrade. It’s fantastic to know that there are still dealers out there who stand

I had very poor customer service. After buying a 16' landscaper, both axles were bad as the bearings were failing (smoking up on the road) in less than 1000km and they never even loaned us a temp trailer to help us out. This was our only trailer for multiple contracts as a fairly new startup landscaping company.
More than 3 weeks passed without news, each calls we made were greeted with unknowns, very frustrating. We truly felt like we were low priority and given the run around.
So we managed to have the 3rd party reseller take it back as a favor - he eventually dealt with them.

It's been a pleasure for the last 20+ years dealing with great Sales staff Brentley, Andrew or Scott knowing at the end of each deal both parties are happy. The knowledgeable Service dept. has kept both my landscape and farm equipment running I've always enjoyed knowing I can stop in for advise on how to fix something on my own if ever needed.
Special thanks to the reception staff who are always pleasant and prompt finding staff for me when needed.

I have dealt with topline in the past and they were amazing. Quick and painless... this time around it was a somewhat different story... to save you from all the gory details l will just say that Scott did his best to make it right... and given the circumstances (some beyond his control) he was sympathetic and gracious. .. thank goodness for great business people!

Been a regular customer for nearly 7 years. Good, knowledgable sales staff, great parts staff, and friendly reception. The Service Department is very poor. Now that my trailer is no longer in warranty, I won't be bringing it there for service ever again. I don't trust the service department, I'm sure their mechanics are competent, but Customer Service just isn't there anymore.
