I went to Mirage on Saturday October 2/2021 ,Lein did my Mani ,Pedi as well as hot wax and also did my eyebrows ,This lady is incredible and very professional ,a different technician did my daughters but was equally fantastic .I will be going back and have no problem referring my friends to this nail spa .Great job Ladies

I went there a week ago, I got a full acrylic set and they did great and I loved them but the acrylic was left a bit bumpy. I would’ve preferred if they were smother and less bumpy.

Helen did my mani pedi last week (shellac) and went above and beyond to make the experience both comfortable and pleasant. She checked in with me several times asking if I was happy with what she was doing or had done. The salon is very clean and they have cut back on the number of clients allowed into the salon at one time during Covid. I would definitely go back and ask for her specifically.

My daughter and I were booked for a pedicure. WE BOTH WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! Linda cut my daughters skin with a nail file, burnt the top of her foot with the hot rocks, forgot to put hot towel on her legs. It was the fastest pedicure my daughter has ever had. I told the owner about it and all she said was she's sorry and will talk to Linda. How about a discount on her pedicure or a free one next time? Tina did my pedicure and I asked if she was taking any dead skin off with the razor. The owner said she was. I didn't see any come off and neither did my daughter. My daughter told me to check

My 81-year-old mom went for a manicure and pedicure and not only did she find them unpleasant, her feet were cut in two places and are still not healed after two weeks. Their response at the time was to dab the cuts with disinfectant. They charged her full price, did NOT apologize and certainly didn’t follow up after the injury. This is shameful and disgusting!!

So, I've ALWAYS had a sketchy experience at this 'spa' but today was the straw. I had an appointment booked for a pedicure. The owner was working and she performed the start of the pedi. As soon as another customer walked in (without an appointment) she totally abandoned me to service the other customer (to make a bill). Basically left me hanging. When she came back she quickly painted my nails and left me to sit under the drying fan for 30 min while I waited. I asked her 'you don't massage or exfoliate the feet anymore?' and she replied 'your pants are too low for me to massage your feet'. ??

I've been going here for 6+months now and haven't had any issues. Both Linda and Hannah are professional & accommodating. My nails always get compliments. I go for pedicures & uv gel nail fills. Colour selection amazing. Massages for pedicures could be a bit longer but overall what I pay for both services I'm happy & recommend.

HORRIBLE experience. Would never go back. My sisters and I went, the appointment ended up going way longer then we were told as they were short staffed. They were rushing us, and not doing a proper job. There was a special posted and both my sisters go the special, in the end they charged them DOUBLE what the special said.
The worst part I left the nail salon with a toe infection. See attached picture. I had to buy multiple supplies / medication to try and get rid of the infection. One week later I still have it and had to go to the Doctor to get a prescription for the medication. Not tot mention
