Been using this salon for more than 7 years now. Got my nails done today by Kelly and Kelly was extremely rude. She started with my nails and when I requested for a sticker design she said she had another client and wont be able to do designs for me. So she left my nails for another client. And I had called in a week prior to book this appointment.
Then Janus took over. While Janus was putting the polish on she asked me if I liked it and I responded that I don't because the polish doesn't look even. She then explained that she'll add more coat and it will blend in and I said Okay!

Those women there are unprofessional evils and they do anything to trick you for more chargers towards your services you use there. My question is?? how do you sleep at night when you know you trick people to get their money? Once you tell them can you shape more here on the naill or the nail is not straight - they go a head talk to other co-workers with their ugly language about you. I’ve recorded them and got it translate for what they say horrible stuff about other people. Shame on you shame shame shame. Be aware that life, universe and karma is watching you and will get you one day sooner

Not impressed. My first time there and I was so excited due to other reviews. I requested Cindy when I booked my appointment. When I went in, she sat me down and said Cindy would be doing my nails. Then another girl did them. They are uneven lengths, some aren’t even coffin shaped. Some curve up, not down. Last place I went she made them to thin, BUT THESE ARE WAY TO THICK. She was rude, and rushed through it. I just spent $70. Youd think she would at least compare each hand to the other to check for matching length. But nope, she wouldn’t let me look until after top coat was on and done. Never
