Wonderful service from JR's. I did 3M/XPEL and undercoating of my Toyota highlander 2021, which I love it and he was very patient and helpful with the choosing of parts area. On time appointment. I had 3M/Xpel installation on my car and done on time as agreed upon. JR, the owner made it sure the work must be done on time as expected.

Painted surface is carefully hand wash and Clay bar treatment done. We then clean all tires, rims, chrome trim, and bumpers before any polishing is done. The paint is carefully polished by one of JR's trained professionals using JR's High Gloss one-stage polish, to remove very minor scratches and to bring the painted surface to a high gloss shine.

I found this place on Google and Yelp and booked an undercoating because of the good reviews. The garage is very clean. JR explained how my SUV would be coated and what to expect. My work was done for the cost quoted and for the exact time promised. In addition, my vehicle was cleaned and shiny. I will be returning to get 3M film on my hood and our other truck detailed.

The quote from my Porsche dealership was insane. I'm so glad I wasn't willing to accept that and instead found JR's Auto Detailing.

I pickedup a used truck to do the interior detailing. To be fair the truck was very dirty, had a lot of dog hairs. Well thats when you need proper detailing and cleaning. However I paid 249+ taxes.
There were few spots missed under the seats and couple of seat belts apart from that the job was decently done.
Recommend this place for anyone looking to do detailing.

Best value service, very straight forward and up front in term of service pricing. Their price is very competitive and the work's quality is top notch, I'll not go anywhere else for undercoating/rust proof and 3M from now on, totally worth the trip to JR shop at west end location. The same thing that happened to Fred H on his review happened to me. Had a quote over the phone for 3M. Brought my car in (brand new) arranged for a friend to pick me up early morning on a sat, he was doing me a big favour. Then when I brought the car in, JR decided that it was going to be more because of minor rail dust that was on one of the fenders from when the vehicle was transported. I made him aware of this over the phone prior to bringing my vehicle in ! I asked what's the new price and he would not provide a number and kept saying I have to "charge for my labour" whatever

It has been five months since I got a new car. I took it to JR's to get some work done but wanted to wait a while to see if there were any issues before I wrote a review. I got 3M protection on the hood and fenders, rustproof and undercoat protection. Usually I wouldn't, but living in Edmonton means these things are necessary because of all the gravel and salt that are on the roads during the winter. JR had the best price as I called around to many shops in the city. He was able to answer any questions and concerns I had over the phone and gave me a quote that no one else could come close
