I wish I could give Auto Details 100 stars. I had parked in a parkade and returned to find a pipe leaking over my car, resulting in a bit of corrosion and staining. Wanting to fix the damage, I visited a franchise body shop to receive an estimate on how much the repairs would cost me. I was mortified when the quote came back at over $6600, stating… the entire roof needed to be replaced due to the leak eating away at the metal. I visited another body shop and their quote was significantly better, $1800, however the work that needed to be done would take about 5 days. I was frustrated at how

Absolutely worth every penny! Stephanie is obviously passionate about what she does because it shows in every detail of her work! They spent so much time detailing my car for a photo shoot and I couldn't be happier with the results. My car was the only one there that they actually had to back people up because the car was so shiny it was picking up to much reflections. Great Job!

My mechanic ran my Van's bumper into a curb after an oil change.... he promised to have it fixed and take care of it for me. He takes all of his damaged vehicles to Auto Details as he did with mine. It happened to line up with a time I was on vacation, so I left my car with him for a week and when I returned home from vacation the van was back in my garage and fixed good as new. I was extremely impressed by the level of service and quality of the repair. I have been taking my vehicles to Auto Details now for 5 plus years and have always been happy with the work they do. I have done everything from basic passenger vehicles for a detail & clean up, to a high end sealant, 3M, interior leather protectant, undercoating to a few high end luxury vehicles, and although the service can be somewhat pricey, the quality & care of the work they do is second to none in the city! I make it a point to look after my car as I intend to keep it for a very long time...I typically detail my car myself but my neighbourhood rejuvenation project made keeping up with the dirt and dust nearly impossible. Needless to say, I let it get out of hand. A friend referred me to Des (CEO) and I was not disappointed. I told him to make it new again and they did just that. I got the platinum package on my Kia and they even went inside and detailed my engine and the rim around my trunk (I never even thought about cleaning that). The prices aren't too bad for the little stuff but this package

No service at all! Stopped in to get an estimate on a repair. No one would even come out just to look. I don't know if the policy is you have to make an appointment for just a review first, then come back again for the repair, or if it was just the front desk gal who spoke "likeanize" and said just come back another time but didn't want to make an actual booking. Also referred me to the "place down the street"! Glad you're doing so well you don't have to bother with new customers. Don't believe the TV ads they don't reflect the business at
