Positive: Professionalism, Quality
I was in an accident far from home, and shook up. They removed my truck and trailer to their yard.Over and above I was taken to a motel and then picked up the next day to pick up some belongings from my trailer. They are excellent ambassadors for the city of Dryden.

Has been waiting for 2 hrs+ (promised 45 mins), which is fine. They are short staffed at that time. I understand. However, I got yelled at by the lady when I calmly asked when the service would arrive. She sounded really mad. I was shocked. It is my first time got yelled by customer service for no reason at all. Guess options are really limited in Dryden or individual drive-by customer is not that important.

Worst service imaginable, put in a call for a tow was told it would be 3hrs until they arrived it's been 3 days and still getting every excuse in the book of how it's going wrong for them and they still can't come yet . So driver and truck still sitting on road waiting for recovery.

They have a good wrecking yard. The have some used cars for sale as well. Lots of parts and the people that work there are good. They also have a great towing company. They can take care of all your wreck vehicle needs.
