I highly recommend this store!! I went in there on Friday of the long weekend to get a nose piece of my sunglasses replaced. The customer service was exceptional! The sunglasses were given to me and I was not sure if the glasses were purchased there. They replaced my nose piece on both sides and cleaned my glasses. They did not even charge me for their service! They were extremely polite and helpful!! Thank you so much, you guys really made my day!

I am visiting Kelowna, favourite sunglasses lost a screw, saw Wink Wear Optometry and took a chance. Wow! Thank you Laura! She was able to repair my glasses, noticed my shoddy job of replacing an nose piece, she fixed that, AND to keep things balanced replaced the other one as well. Thank you so much!

I bought two pair of prescription glasses from Wink i Wear, and then went back for a pair of prescription sunglasses. This store is truly boutique and has a great selection of unique styles you won't find at the big box stores. Laura gives great personalized service and helped me find the frames that fit my face properly and look amazing; I get so many compliments on my glasses! I would definitely recommend Wink i Wear!!

Nice selection but Costco offers a way more extensive selection of designer frames such as Burberry, Boss, Prada ... all for under half the price! Even the lenses are half the price at Costco. I actually cancelled my order with Wink Wear within 2 business hours and Laura made me feel guilty that she would have to pay for the lenses which was submitted electronically to the lab around 4:00 p.m. on a Friday afternoon yet cancelled before the lab opened on the following Monday morning. I never felt so uncomfortable having to justify why I cancelled my order within a reasonable time before the lab

Wink is one of the only places in this region that carries unique frames that you can't find elsewhere.
