Nicole was born and raised in Kelowna and has enjoyed spending her life here. She loves the diverse aspects of her role as a Canadian Certified Optometric Assistant, . Nikki was born and raised in Kelowna, B.C. and is always grateful to have her family nearby, including almost all twenty of her first cousins!

During a complete eye exam at our office in Kelowna, your eye doctor will not only determine your prescription for eyeglasses or contact lenses, but will also check your eyes for common eye diseases, assess how your eyes work together as a team and evaluate your eyes as an indicator of your overall health.

We make it a policy to ensure that all staff members are up-to-date on the latest technology and techniques to make your visit as comfortable and effective as possible. Dr. Noel Erhardt graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1985 and moved to Kelowna with his wife Crystal that year. The practise in West Kelowna was opened in 1990.
Our full service Optometric office is designed to meet both your eye health needs as well as your eyewear requirements. Highly trained staff are ready to assist you with the selection appropriate for your specific needs. We take the time to discuss how different lens selections and frame styles will impact your vision.

Amazing! A first time patient after moving. Dr. Lucas was very good at explaining what he was doing and went
the extra mile to check everything. I was fitted for new contacts and don't think I have ever seen this clear in my life. Highly recommend. The staff was also very

Dr. Noel and Dr. Lucas are both very professional but very engaging and inviting during your exams. The ladies out front are always willing to spend the time to help you find the perfect frames and maybe push you out of your comfort zone to try something trendy and funky. Overall a wonderful experience!! 10/10 would recommend!

Dr. Lucas Erhardt recently saw all three of my boys, ages 1 1/2, 3 1/2 and 5 1/2, for an annual eye exam. The boys all felt very comfortable in Dr Lucas' care. "He did a very good job. I hope to see you again." (quote from my 5 1/2 yr old)
Dr. Lucas was informative and patient with each boy. I definitely recommend Visionfirst Optometry for the entire family!

I was very impressed with Visionfirst Optometry! The front staff were extremely friendly and welcoming when I came in. Dr. Lucas Erhardt took the time to explain the exam and made sure I fully understood the process and what he was examining. He made me feel confident than I was being well looked after! Happy is me to have had great personal service over the years with Dr. Erhardt Sr. and now I have his son Lucas serving me . I am amazed how both are so much alike in wonderful ways . Gentle and personable. I totally am happy for everyone working in this clinic. Our eyes are important need a Optometrist this is the clinic for your eyes!
