Economy Glass started off well enough. I had one window to repair, which they did. The difficulty started when it was time to install the window. I was quoted a price of $95 which I agreed to for the install on top of the $240 to repair the window. The first day scheduled, I received a call asking to push back the time from morning to afternoon which was fine. By the afternoon, I received another call stating they would not be able to come at all that day. Frustrating but still not a major problem. The following business day, someone arrived with the window, was on my property for all of two minutes

We ordered glass for shower doors in mid Sept and were told 2 weeks. Finally got installed after countless calls to them in November. Glass was bowed and Still can’t use the shower. They broke tiles in the shower during installation. They promised someone in charge would call. That never happened. This company is unprofessional.

We had two glass tops placed, one over a stone kitchen table and the other over a painted, wooden desk! Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful and the installation was very efficient both times. So wonderful being able to work with a local small business! Highly recommend and will use them again in the future!

I spoke with Teresa on Friday and the customer service on her end was amazing however, when it came to the actual installation of my new window, the installer was late, brought the wrong glass and had to reschedule for this morning and then he has never showed back up. I had already paid for this service Friday when I spoke with the office, the installer has not returned any calls, the company has not returned any of my call and now I have no window, money spent for a service not performed and I am completely dissatisfied and will not recommend this company for any further service to anyone.

I needed 2 patio sliding door screens re-screened, Dave picked them up for me and had them completed within a day! When picking up I dropped one, and unfortunately the door could not be repaired. Economy Glass made a new one for me, at a great price, within a few days. Dave came out and installed immediately and made sure both doors were working properly before leaving.
I highly recommend Economy Glass to anyone and will call them whenever I need anything window/door/glass related.

Had a great experience with Economy Glass. They staff were professional and thorough ensuring that the correct windshield was ordered. The had one in stock locally and were able to install next day. The best part is that they did it for half the cost of the big company and one third the cost of the Honda dealership. Highly recommend using Economy Glass.

During some remodeling we broke our kitchen window. Unfortunately, we had a trip planned and were going to be out of town for several day . Everyone told us at least two weeks to replace the glass. We did not want to be out of town without a window. Thanks to economy glass we did not have to worry. They got us our window back in time to take our trip. If you need glass services I would encourage you to stop by economy glass.

So after driving by this business over the years I decided to stop in ask inquire about getting my window screens repaired. I walk in and both receptionists were on calls. After a few minutes, one motions me to take a seat. No one else waiting but me and one other person. About 10 minutes later 2 men walk in and both receptionists immediately help them. I stood up and reminded that that I was waiting but got a bland apology. No effort to help me.

Ecomony Glass recently changed the quarter glass in my 2005 Durango. The safety glass had shattered and although we had ducktaped it, it was slowly coming apart.
What I liked was that once the appointment was made, they ordered the glass in beforehand, and I was able to get the job completed in about an hour and a half. Price was reasonable too, at just over $200.
What I did not like was that during the exchange process, they allowed glass to fall inbetween the interior panel and the outer skin, and they did not clean it out. Two chips of glass fell onto the seatbelt retracting mechanism and
