Spectacular customer service from start to finish.
Evan accommodated my busy work schedule with 0 hesitation and made sure my car got in right for 8am as promised.
Other shops quoted me higher prices and over 2hr+ in shop. I was in and out within an hour, paying less than competitors.
This would normally be enough for my vote of confidence but the customer service and the attention to detail is where they truly shine, they are second to none. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone.

I was looking for a shop to replace my windshield when I found Dynasty Auto, glad I did. The online booking was simple, the additional savings and perks for paying in advance were the icing on top. What I was most content with was that a staff came pick up/drop off my vehicle, with minimum interruption to my day, and leaving a courtesy car with me in case I needed. In the past, when replacing my windshield, I would need to take a half day off work or book my appointment over the weekend; not to mention the need to find ways to entertain myself in the area while my vehicle was being serviced, or

I had a good experience with them. My car is older, there was a bit of a mix up in getting the windshield ordered in time for my appointment but Dynasty was quick to resolve the issue and installed some new windshield wipers for the minor inconvenience. I was happy with how quickly they were able to get the windshield installed, it exceeded my expectations.
A quick side note, the directions from Google Maps do not take you to the front of the shop, check out the street view to see where the entrance is off of 38 Ave or 3a St.

Best price and service, especially from manager Evan who understood my situation. I rented a car while on vacation in Calgary, wasn't aware of the stone chip damage from winter driving (Alberta uses sand instead of salt for road traction) and they helped me repair the rental car glass helping me avoid serious penalties from the rental company, they helped me save a lot of money. We made an appointment for yesterday to drop off one of our Cadillac sedans to have the windshield replaced. We tried to drop off the sedan around 130pm and nobody in the store, locked up, no one answering the phone and no reply back after leaving a voicemail. We made other arrangements with King's Glass and having to pay more! How can you run a business and just screw people over like this!

05/27/19 I called Dynasty Auto Glass and spoke with Evan about my damaged sunroof of my 2018 Chevy Cruze. He said he’ll just find out how much the cost would be since he has to get the part from a third party. I’m just a matter of under 15minutes, he phoned me back to let me know how much it costs, and how soon can the work be done. So on 05/29/19… around 11am,one of the their staff came to pickup my car and by 3pm, my car was already returned with my sunroof looking good again. Super pleased all around. My rear drivers side window was vandalized. Dynasty made my day when they picked my car up for me, fixed my window, cleaned my car and returned it back to me good as new. I didn't even need to leave the office. I will be using Dynasty from now on. Though hopefully not anytime too soon.

I can not say enough amazing things about the great team of people who work at Dynasty. The level of customer service they provided definitely surpassed anything I expected & the quality of work is great too (so far!) Evan was very knowledgable & pleasant to deal with over the phone. The best part was that a nice man named Ross came to my house… (from across the city!) picked up my car, left me a courtesy car, fixed my sunroof, & returned my vehicle back to my house...all before noon! Having a small baby at home makes it tough to arrange dropping off & picking up a vehicle

Dynasty is the way to go! I woke up one day to a smashed out window, I called around for quotes, not only was Dynasty one of the better prices, they came to my work place and pick up my vehicle and brought it back when the job was done! Plus the price they quoted me was about $30.00 under competition and I would have to lose a days work, as they were the only company I found that offers pick up and drop off!

These guys are the best. Busted my back windshield out on Sunday night and contacted Dynasty, who responded immediately. A couple of hours later, they not only had found glass for me, they came in to open up their bay for me so I had somewhere indoors to park my car overnight. By the end of the morning the next day, my windshield was replaced and my car was delivered right to me at my work, all for a very affordable price. Unbelievable customer service. Book them, you won't be sorry. Thanks guys! :)
