I had windows installed on my laptop and to try to retrieve the contents of my non working hard drive. I first brought the laptop to another computer shop to have my previous hard disk tested since I suspected that it crashed. The technician opened the hard risk cover removing the screw with a screw driver and the cover with his hand. It was located on the lower left back side of computer. After he tested the old hard drive and replaced it with a new one and placed back the cover with his hand with no damage to my computer. This was done in 30 minutes in front of me. I brought the laptop to ALBATEC
