We have been using Netcotech since February 2018 and we couldn't be happier. The Rocky Primary Care Network is located in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta and whenever we need on-site service, Gideon is here without hesitation. We had tried working with 2 other IT companies over the years before we finally had enough and sought out a better solution. Fantastic experience working with Netcotech. We had a tricky issue with existing cameras (installed by a different company) and was able to rectify the problems. We also had them install new cameras and they have been responsive, budget friendly, and extremely supportive throughout that entire process.
