Looking to sell you home? A Pre-Listing Inspection provides you with a short summarized report about your listed home to prospective buyers. More details can be available to serious buyers as well as a walkthrough recap and orientation for the new buyers on or after possession date with the full inspection report.
The inspection itself can last between 2 and 4 hours, depending on the size and type of house we are looking at. We think it is important for you to be there to go through the inspection with us since a lot of information about the home is a lot easier to understand when seeing and hearing it as opposed to just reading the report after the fact.
Thermal Imaging can enhance your Home Inspection or can be used as a stand alone service for inspection needs. These images interpret the Infra Red Spectrum not visible to our eyes. They highlight the differences of surface temperatures. Thermal Imaging cannot see through finishes but does show the effect of what is behind walls, floors or ceilings.
A full-home thermal imaging scan can be viewed on-site for an additional $100 plus GST. You may choose to add your scan to the report for $25 per picture. Thermal Imaging service is available at the time of booking or if you decide later during the inspection. As a stand alone service, Thermal Imaging fees vary depending on the extent and nature of the inspection/investigation.

Integrity Home Inspections previously had their business page in Winnipeg, but have now relocated it to Winnipeg Beach and all the negative reviews are gone.
Gord “inspected” my house in Fall of 2018. He pointed out things like peeling paint, cracked siding and dusty HRV vents, but failed to notice more critical things, which have been the source of a lot of headaches and cost me thousands of dollars for me these past couple years.
One example: he said my hot water tank was 3 years old in the inspection report, but the tank was actually 10 years old at the time.

I've had 2 great experiences with Gord. The first was when he did a home inspection for me in 2019, and the second was a recent visit to my home for a smoke detector issue. Gord was thorough and explained everything to me and even helped set something up to help me do some further investigating. He came to my place the day after I contacted him for a quick visit and provided great service at no charge! I would totally hire Integrity Home Inspections for my next home purchase and would recommend Gord to anyone I know!

Super impressed with how in depth Gord's work was. He made recommendations for things that needed to be changed, things that should be changed but didn't need to be done right away, and things that didn't need to be changed but could be done to improve the space to "ideal conditions". Everything was looked at- roof, attic, crawl space, heating and cooling, plumbing and water systems, structure, insulation, mold and mildew, and went through the space with a thermal imaging camera. Gord was an extremely knowledgeable inspector who took us step by step through our home inspection. As a first time homebuyer we had no idea what to look for in the home. Gord made recommendations for things that could be done but not right away, or things that could be done but are fine the way they are! Gord showed us how a thermal imaging device worked so we could monitor the walls/floor/ceiling/basement so that we could follow along to check for moisture! Very neat! Would highly recommend him! Will only be using Gord at Integrity Home Inspections from now on!
