Bridgewater Home Inspections is a fully insured Winnipeg based company. We provide home inspection services to Winnipeg and surrounding areas. We bring a large knowledge base to the table. Our Inspector are registered member of The Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors Manitoba, CAHPI-MB and strictly adheres to the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice (CSA A770) of CAHPI.
A home inspection is a visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a home, from foundation to roof. A home inspector is trained to be a detective in regard to the construction and working parts of homes. Inspection Report - Every inspection is a complete and thorough analysis of all the major systems and components in the home.
Thermal Imaging is an important tool in discovering hidden problems pertaining to air, heat, and moisture. An inspection performed by a qualified thermographer can detect such problems. Infrared heat is emitted by all matter; the amount of heat depends upon its energy. A thermographer can detect heat emissions using special equipment called an infrared camera and analyze the results to pinpoint problematic spots.

Nayan is very well aware of his work. He has professional values,gets into every nook and corner to inspect each and everything , my home inspection took more than threehours. He inspects the heating, the air conditioner , roof , walls , water sustem , walls any cracks any leaking , he had infrared to inspect where insulation would not make it visible to inspect easily .

Nayan was very detailed, knowledgeable, professional, helpful and an expert in home inspection. None of my friends knew someone and it was my first experience hiring a home inspector. Nayan was awesome! Answered our questions without any hesitation and was very thorough in everything he did. He initiated the exterior inspection noting any and all issues a home owner would want to know. His interior inspection was thorough, taking me around every room explaining in great detail what was in place, how safe it was and how long before anything might need replacement. He explained everything what he was looking for and what we were looking at and didn't rush at all. Nayan was very thorough and accommodated a last minute out of town inspection. I appreciated his report and verbal overview, but there was an issue with resealing the chimney on the report that wasn't mentioned to us during the inspection. That was concerning to me. We also asked about winterizing (the property is a cottage) and were told that it would be acceptable to turn off the water source and just turn on the taps inside. Luckily, I was already pretty sure we needed to blow out the pipes or run pink through the entire system, because that advice would likely have resulted in burst pipes and
