Services
Dr. Zeiler graduated from the Optometry Program at the University of Waterloo in 2002. During her studies at Waterloo, Dr. Zeiler interned at the Omni Eye Care Clinic in Baltimore, Maryland. This internship gained her clinical experience in treating eye diseases and co-management of post operative surgical patients including cataract and laser correction of refractive error.

As an optometrist in Caledonia, our primary eye care service includes a complete eye exam that analyzes eye health and vision function.
We fit a variety of contact lenses from all the major manufacturers based on your prescription and lifestyle. For those patients wishing to try contact lenses for the first time, we offer training sessions on insertion and removal of the contact lenses. This includes instructions on caring for your contact lenses and what to do in an emergency.
We now carry contact lens solutions, which are NOT taxed if purchased at the same time you purchase your contact lenses. Contact lenses must be cleaned regularly and properly to rid the lens of debris from the tear film and to maintain clear vision. If contacts are not cleaned regularly and properly they become uncomfortable to wear and create conditions which encourage infections from bacteria or fungus which may lead to ulceration.

I've had a bad experience at this clinic as my family's human rights were violated here. The appointment was scheduled beforehand. As my son has a health condition and can't wear a mask (we even have the doctor's note with us) the receptionist (she knew about it after our first visit) decided to schedule our appointment for the end of the day so that we would be the last patients that day. On the assigned day we arrived to the clinic and the doctor says that she is not going to accept us unless we wear a mask. The attitude was discriminative and we were treated in a commanding manner. While Dr. Zeiler was very professional, I decided to get a second opinion from another optometrist after feeling something wasn't right. Turns out she misdiagnosed me with an eye disorder I don't have. Thankfully I got a second opinion or I would have been paying hundreds of dollars to do eye therapy and 2 different prescriptions Dr. Zeiler suggested I do through her.
