We make collecting late rent, handling noisy neighbours, and expensive repairs feel like they never happened. Our staff communicate and visit tenants often, so they feel appreciated and decide to stay. We have property just like you, and nothing makes us smile like a "Thank You" note from a long-time tenant or seeing an investor refer their friends because they experienced how much we care about them.
Our Document Centre makes it easy for you to order forms and documents online for your condo corporation. Method of delivery for documents purchased will be emailed. Document requests can take up to 10 business days. Should you require the documents sooner than the allotted 10 business days, please select rush fee with your request.
Please call us if you have an emergency. All Non-Emergency requests will be charged at $25/per request. In the following circumstances call 911 FIRST: Fire, break-ins or any endangerment to the occupant or the property. We do this to ensure that our emergency line is kept open and available for true after-hours emergencies.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever seen for dealing with issues with there tenants, very poor property management skills and absolutely zero resolution, I have still yet to speak to these people and have left countless messages,
If I could give negative ten stars I would absolutely be doing so.
This business is discriminatory against not only children but children with disabilities they are most discriminative against. I hope no one in the future has to deal with the headache these people are to deal with

This is a sterling quality property management company. They have managed my condo building for over a decade and they have always had the best people to deal with in all their departments I have dealt with - site manager, security, accounting etc. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I own a rental condo and lost a tenant due to the harassment from these guys. The furnace and water tank needed to be replaced. Water tank no problem. But took over 2 months of fighting back and forth about the furnace. They even fought with the plumbers who were installing it and the city inspector. If you want a hassle and poor quality service then these are the people you want.

The staff (particularly property managers) are condescending and arrogant and actually complain to their clients about having an unmanageable workload.....umm staff workloads are not your clients fault nor should your clients suffer because you can’t do your job which is evident when the staff bide their time and hope that the “problem/issue/unhappy client” will just give up and go away. Having left a building managed by this company recently, I can tell you that they used to be a fantastic management company. However, they changed over the 5 years I was there. The manager we had was a bully and had a my way or the highway attitude. If you brought documentation to her to show your point of view, she dug her heels in deeper and refused to listen. Multiple owners in the building had enough run-ins with her that they either stopped participating in the community or moved. We have been renting a condo unit (Private Landlord) with Sunreal Property Management for a total of 9 years. We have been in 2 different units within the building. Sunreal has been wonderful to deal with. They address any questions we may have in a timely manner and are very pleasant to talk to . Julie Dunn is amazing! Sunreal Management takes great care of our building, both inside and out. Our friends comment on how clean and professional the building looks when they come to visit. Good afternoon! Customer Service in my opinion over the years has diminished with little to no care or pride in one’s job regardless of position with-in the company! Many companies are struggling financially right now but they still have a hard time returning a call, text, or email to see what their potential clients need or what services they can provide to that customer. It is truly a shame.

So far, having dealt with SunReal in both residential and commercial- I’m very happy with the service being provided.
They don’t take shortcuts when it comes to maintenance and upkeep and they are always very fast to respond and deal with any issue.
I’ve personally dealt with Lorynn and Amanda on several occasions and feel they do absolutely wonderful at communicating and follow through.
Although I can’t recall who we signed our lease with, she was very pleasant and to the point.
My overall opinion having read the reviews, it’s very clear cut in the lease what they can and cannot

I have had the pleasure of dealing with a few of the associates and administrators in the office throughout the past couple of years and they always do their best to deliver on a variety of what they manage. I do not believe most people understand what goes into Property Management and how demanding it can be. Not only are they passionate for what they do they also have empathy to look on a tenants or owners perspective to deal with any situation and come out with a win-win.
Do not overlook what they can do for you and all the added value! Wouldn't work with any other PM in Central Alberta!
