Hearthstone Property Management is the best management company I have experienced for rentals in Red Deer since 2016. Just find one that is long-term affordable. They are trustworthy. We need you in Red Deer, Hearthstone Property Management. There is a need for professional management of affordable non-smoking homes and environments as you provide. Just a horrible company to deal with all around. I viewed the property with Lucie and she was unpleasant from the start. Took forever to return my call and actually set up an appointment, she was late, ignorant and abrupt to me. When I asked questions she snapped at me like I was doing something wrong. I was told that I could only pay rent through preauthorized payments or cheque even though the website states otherwise.
How do I pay my rent?

The rent is affordable, they even give you a month free in their incentive! On a 12 month lease they do anyhow. The person I had, Lucie was very professional and she was nice too! The property is well maintained from what I could tell and there really isn't anything to complain about that I can see so far.

We recently moved to Red Deer and had contacted Vicki from Hearthstone property management. She responded quickly to our request and to find a perfect rental for our family.
We were looking for a quick move. She was kind, professional and was able to get us in the perfect home as quickly as possible.

We have the opportunity of renting a house through Hearthstone and so far have been very happy with their service. In particular, we dealt with Lucie who provided prompt service when needed, able to answer any questions we had, and was able to get our application approved in a timely fashion. Additionally, she was extremely thorough with the move-in inspection and also seemed genuinely interested in helping us not only find a place but settle in as well. Definitely recommend renting through Hearthstone if given the chance.

Property owner experience: We rented out our property though Hearthstone for over 2 years (2018-2020) and the staff were excellent. We were in another country for most of the time, but always felt our property was in great hands. Tom was very knowledgeable, always responded quickly and was overall kind. We had some issues with sewer backup and Lee was highly professional and went above and beyond to get it sorted, despite the issue dragging on and on. Jane was always helpful with emails and sent us any paperwork we needed very promptly. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an agency
