The person that I spoke with when I called was very friendly and informative. They gave me a quote for the tow and they didn’t charge me more than that quote. The tow truck driver was really friendly and super helpful. Definitely worth it if you need a tow.

The worst company to deal with. Dude picks up the phone after four minutes of dialing. And hmthe rates are ASTRONOMICAL! 160 bucks for just hooking up the car and sending out the truck plus 4 dollars PER KILOMETER! STAY AWAY GUYS! STAY AWAY!!!! Also they are not even local to KW. They will ask for credit card details so you’re gonna get stuck! Do not share your credit card info! SCAM ALERT!

I am appalled at the lack of professionalism and customer service I received from this company. After calling to cancel my tow 4 minutes after placing the initial call my credit card was charged $100. When I called to inquire about this fee I was constantly interrupted and not listened to. Please reconsider using their services.

Needed a tow to the repair shop. After waiting a while on hold, I explained my situation once again and needed an estimate. Guy on the phone was very rude, couldn't even finish what I was saying before getting hung up on. Wish I could give this company no stars.

J.R. was an overall pleasure to deal with during what was a very stressful situation. He was very accommodating and professional. I required a tow during the early hours of the morning back to my apartment and he was there within and hour. When I required towing to the the garage, it had moved recently and he took me to the new location (1/2 way across the city) at no additional charge. Would highly recommend his services.

Amazing service! I was stranded on the side of the street seriously stressed because I had a million things to do that day. I called this company and they were prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. If my car ever breaks down again I'll be sure to give you guys a call.
