Tow driver happened to be close to the accident, took complete advantage of the situation, no estimate was given , a complete Vulture. Vehicle was towed 8km dropped, then picked up again with out approval, held in their compound over night. Ya BS. Nearly 900 bucks , when the bill was questioned, the classic answer from these slime balls ,insurance will pay for it. Stay away from these Vultures, this is why we pay the highest insurance rates.

We were hit in our van with 3 small kids in the sleet/rain. We called Brant Towing and they came immediately. I was given comfort with Troy's years of experience that we would not be taken advantage of. He told us exactly what to expect in the upcoming days and worked quickly to keep us out of the cold.

While this company may provide good service (I’ve never called them), at least a couple of their drivers lack some courteous and safe driving skills, I had the “privilege” of driving on the 401 in rush hour with two of their flatbed trucks which were going faster than 120km/hr (likely 130) in the first lane passing traffic and weaving in and out. It is bad enough when people do this in their personal vehicles which are typically small.
We’ve all got somewhere to be, slow down and stop being a hazard to the other drivers on the road.
