I was going yo get him to drop off at my house , but the driver diagnosed what happened with my cars engnition and took it to garage no extra charge THANKS

These guys did an amazing job. They didn't give up! Give credit to the guy on the tandem truck for having an absolutely positive attitude the entire time!

Our truck was on their lot. Went to pick it up and there was a full tank of gas. Go to start it and its empty. Look underneath and someone drilled a hole in the gas tank. They didn't even care or anything. The guy didn't even come look at it. Just said guess your making a mpi claim

Two nurses from Ontario driving in Manitoba to come work during the covid pandemic. We've never been in this province. It's very windy and we are in a very small car. While we were in the slow lane on the highway, we had a large Steinbach towing truck with CAA stickers on it tailgating us very aggressively. We were going over the speed limit trying to move farther away from them. They proceeded to give us the middle finger. There was no one in the other lanes on the highway. They could have easily gone around. What a warm Manitoba welcome.

The only good thing coming from here was that they showed up in reasonable time. The accident that totalled my vehicle I think was less painful than dealing with the guy on the phone. If I wanted less attitude I could go talk to a teenager. Hope to never use them again

I called to get an estimate on how much it would be to tow my car from steinbach to winnipeg the guy was very rude and acted like because I am a female I shouldn't no what I am talking about and the more he realized I new what I was talking about he got even ruder and eventually hung up the phone on me. Worst experience of my life I do not recommend this company at all.

Worst customer service ever I have ever experienced, they don't know how to talk to customers they are very disrespectful they hang the phone on you like they are the most busiest company in the planet, my car went into the ditch the guy came as I am pulling over he went to his truck and took off claiming I took too long to show up it was the worst day of driving conditions I had to ask for a ride from my coworker to get there.
I won't recommend this company nor ask for their service ever.

They were awesome, we had a wheel come off and damage our axle on our moving trailer on a cross country trip, on a Sunday late afternoon outside Steinbach, they called Steinbach trailer, had it dropped off there, they fixed it the next day!! Cory was a great guy to deal with!! Would recommend to anyone!!

Car broke down shortly after leaving Winnipeg. Truck arrived within 45 minutes. Our driver Viktor was extremely helpful and courteous, making an otherwise crappy day somewhat less so. Thanks Viktor!

So it's Summer in the City, and as expected, when I return to work from meeting with a client, my reserved parking spot has been taken. I shouldn't have to park several blocks away and walk, in heels no less, to get to work. Especially when there are clearly signs posted. My manager told me to have them towed, since the sign clearly said tow away enforced, but I told him that I didn't want to cost them money and a huge hassle, but I did want to teach them a lesson, so I just parked behind them. The sign clearly states the place of business, so I assumed they'd come in to find
