Have dealt with intelliMortgage Inc on two separate occasions. Kam has been our go to person ever since we got her contact thru a friend who recommended her highly. When I was looking for approval of mortgage for buying my my first home, obviously, I had contacted 3 to 4 mortgage company (broker) Including intelliMortage Inc. I would gladly mentioned it that they offered best rate (or say product) on our first conversation which I was looking for. On the other hand other once in the market was trying to push me to accept their product (not the one I was looking for). intelliMortage answered each and every query of mine. This was my first time working with a Mortgage Broker and I'm so glad I did rather than directly dealing with one of the big 5 Banks. I dealt with the President of intelliMortgage's wife Melanie McLister.
