Booked an appt. here at 12pm a week ago, my girlfriend showed up on time at 12 and was told to come back at 3, she is by herself and just waiting at the shop and walking around. She came back at 3 and they told her it’ll be another two hours because there were two other vehicles ahead of her(walk ins), 5 hour wait in total… do not go there, horrible service, the lady at the front desk hung up on me when I called to see what was going on

The customer service was horrible, they didn't show up for two afternoons in a row and got upset at me for asking them why And all the while never apologizing! I can't see how they could be in business at all.
The day of install I had no clue the tech had pulled into my driveway and next thing I know some stranger is walking in my front door!! He doesn't speak English apparently and failed at install the day before as he called my phone about 45 min before expected appt time, didn't get an answer so drove away...... Who doesn't knock when there at a customer's home to do a job?!?!!?

Guys does good work BUT THE FRONT DESK AMAL IS A BIGGEST ZERO! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE BY HER and you need to speak to owner because front desk does not speak ENGLISH . #language barrier ! DISHONEST with charging/returning money to clients as well .

My windshield got cracked few days ago and i visited this place to get it replaced without any appointment and they told me that they will get the windshield within 2-3 hour but they get it within an hour surprisingly. Got it installed same day in few hours and work was well done. Fair Price for new windshield. Staff is also good. Recommended this place to everyone.
