The Glass Express Program was started by ICBC in 2002 to enable ICBC customers to have their glass and windshield claims taken care of without any need to contact ICBC directly. Able Auto Glass Ltd. is a certified Glass Express shop. We work hard to make sure we meet and surpass the highest standard of quality, safety, and customer service.
It is very important to repair your auto glass if it is broken. Driving around with a chip or crack in your windshield can be frustrating but, more importantly it is very dangerous and illegal. The repair system used by Able Auto Glass has the full approval of automotive OEM's that include Mercedes Benz, Honda, Jaguar, Volvo and Nissan.
When your vehicles glass needs to be replaced, you will be required to pay your insurance deductible. This amount varies depending on your coverage. For windshield damage claims, the minimum deductible is $200, due to flying objects such as flying rocks. For claims, due to vandalism, the minimum deductible is $300.
At Able Auto Glass we stand behind our work and guarantee our workmanship unconditionally, for as long as you own your vehicle. Unconditionally guaranteed for as long as you own your vehicle. Warranted except for body deterioration and/or rust for as long as you own your vehicle. Warranted against faulty materials for 3 months.

Unprofessional, wasted my time and did not do a thorough job. Not sure why this shop is highly rated.
Offered under the table options (pay cash, no tax and get car back sooner). Chose to process mine under ICBC insurance.
They did not fill my small windshield rock chip properly. Caused the rest of my windshield to crack within a week... Now I need to have the whole windshield replaced.
Will not be back and do not recommended.

These gentlemen are my hero’s for the day. I was woken up to a vandalized vehicle On Saturday morning, I called various other autobody and glass but being the weekend either they were closed or did not have stock for my vehicle glass replacement. I called able auto glass and they were able to take care of me within two hours from the time of my call and have me out the door with a smile on my face. I recently had my rear window shatter and need replacing, and I was happy to find Able Auto Glass close by. Their service was friendly and professional, honest and very speedy. I was able to drop off my car in the morning and pick it up by early afternoon. I recommend this business and will return if I have any further glass problems. Thanks for the wonderful service!
