We had a great time using their service! There was air conditioning, enough space for the amount of people we had, and a super chill driver!! We even paid for an extra hour because we felt it was needed. I like that there is no agenda other than pick up and drop off times, so you able to pick wherever we want to go in the moment. Prices were reasonable and competitive

The price of this company is definitely the reasons that we went with them but I do agree with the lower ratings on this site. The fleets itself aren't bad but temperature control is not the most effective in these cars. It is definitely not the cleanest inside and the cups that were provided were either still wet from the water they used (hopefully) to rinse out the cups or was nasty inside them. Definitely did not feel safe using any of those cups. We had a trip up to Whistler for the 13 of us and the main door of our fleet opened half way up to Whistler and struggled for about 10 or so

We used this limo company for our wedding. There were two separate reservations for our day. One limo was in charge of the bridal party and one was in charge of extended family.
The extended family bus was great. Arrived on time and the driver was nice.
The limo for the bridal party picked up the men and dropped them off at the ceremony location and then waited there. Apparently the never received my itinerary stating after dropping the men off they needed to come and pick me (the bride)and my bridal party up. I ended up being 45 minutes late to my own wedding. The driver told me they had been

I had a blast with friends in the Big Khauna party bus (http://www.vancouverpartybus.com/our-fleet/big-khauna-45-passenger). Our driver, Tommy, was a great guy who cheerfully went along with our weirdness as he drove us across the city and back.
The bus was clean but a bit old and worn out. I can't comment on the rest of their fleet, but I wouldn't recommend the Big Khauna party bus if you're looking for a fancy and high class night out. It is, however, great for a fun (and reasonably priced) and casual night out with a large group of friends.

I called ~3 weeks prior to the date I was looking to book and had a conversation with one of the main owners who was nice. We verbally agreed on rates and times for the service. He told me the next day his assistant would follow up by phone with the contract if I just sent them an email from their site. I told my guests that I had their transportation sorted. 3 days past, so I called them back. The assistant (I presume) answered the phone sounding almost confused as to why I would be calling their business. She nearly immediately put me on hold, then came back and quickly said she would call me

If there were negative stars i would use them!!! the bus was dirty to begin with
and!!!!!!! no air conditioning!!!!!! we had 50 teens on the bus and the driver and his screaming joyless "chaperone" wonder why kids were puking??!!!??? it was a sweat box!!!! now i don't live in a dream world and know that the teens aren't saints but this bus trip was like herding goats to go to market!!! then after the ride from haites!!! they charged me $200 to clean their stinking bus!!!!!!!
$$$1,200 for 2 hours on a crap bus??????? ok my daughters peeps had a lil bit to drink but i sure
