I use this company very often. My most recent trip involved in unvaccinated driver called Walter that kept on telling me how Canada is oppressive and that vaccines can kill you. Over the last two months they have been constantly late, and sometimes your drivers try not to wear masks for some reason. They have to smarten up. Each ride from the airport cost 120 bucks plus tip they should appreciate that. My last ride was 42 minutes late- after a 12 hour day of work and then a plane ride I did not need to wait for the honour of paying limo prices.

A few minutes after making a reservation online, I got a call right away from Paul. I appreciate the timely response! His customer service is also excellent! He was super nice and friendly too. Had to arrange an airport transfer.
Called the office and the booking was done ASAP.
Very polite and courteous.
Our flight landed earlier then expected and we were out of the terminal much earlier and were surprised that the driver was waiting for us before time.
Kudos to Driver Sunny. Very professional.

**DO NOT BOOK**FOR YOUR WEDDING!! Very unprofessional. Driver REFUSED to drive the BRIDE to the church. I'm a wedding planner myself and this was my WORST nightmare. I have never dealt with limo company like this. They were left at their pick up spot and was 45 min late to the church. I was in communication with the driver up until pick up time he placed the bride and bridal party in the limo and then refused to drive them to the church as per the agenda. The manager ranjit stated that we only have till 12. He came at 11:50pm letting us know he was going to be late but still agreed to drive

I used Time Limo for my 16 year wedding anniversary night and I was very happy with the experience! They confirm multiple times all the details. Bob, the driver, called ahead to confirm the exact pick up and he was perfectly on time. Everything went perfectly and they charged exactly what they said they would! I recommend this company.

BE WARY OF NO SHOW
The driver arrived on time to pick us up and was smooth getting to the venue. Getting home was not so smooth.
I received a call at 1:27 am, which I missed. The limo was suppose to pick us up at 1:4 5am. We were outside by 1:50. If the limo did come we never received a second call trying to reach me or let me know they were leaving. It was freezing cold outside. I called around 2:05am wondering where the driver was. He informed me he had already left. They said they would send the limo back as he had "just left". We waited another 10 minutes until I called back. He

First time using this service. Let me begin. Booked 3 days in advance. Had to do 3 pick-ups in North Van and get to the airport for an international flight. Called me about 5 minutes before the scheduled time to say they would be 10 minutes late. This turned out to be 30 minutes late. They blamed traffic, but not my problem! They had a North Van pick up for 4 pm that they had already billed me for $281. I called the dispatcher and tried to get them to understand this was terrible service and my first time using them. You would think they would be keen to please.

Time Limousine Services were amazing for our wedding this October in Langley. The booking process was easy and they responded quickly with a quote. The pricing was reasonable compared to their competitors and they included wedding decorations on the outside of the limo in our wedding colours. The vehicles were clean and nice looking and the driver was helpful and courteous. They confirmed details ahead of time and sent a text before and after the driver had arrived. They were patient with us when we were running behind. It was so nice to not have to worry about our transportation for our wedding

As an event planner, I deal with several limo companies. Time Limo was great at first. We booked for a certain rate, paid the deposit and 3 days before the event, they doubled the price, stating we were mis-quoted and we should have checked their website. Everything went downhill from there.
So 3 days before an event, we're now scrambling to find a new limo company (in the middle of wedding season). When asked for a refund (which we eventually got) it was an argument.

First and last time using this service. Unfortunately I was trying this company for my wedding day. I organize conferences all over Vancouver and Whistler and have never had the experience of having an extra charge before. I understand the limo is on a schedule but our trip including waiting time was still less than 45 mins! They texted after waiting 7 minutes to say that there was a $57 charge added. It would have been different if we had caused the limo to be late for another pick up. I am glad I tried the company on a short trip and learned how they operated. Appreciated Paul looking into

Reply to Mano's comment: even if the story you are telling was anywhere near the truth, it still shows how you guys failed to follow even the simplest direction. My wife called your driver when he was 10 minutes late and he said he'd be right there to pick her up. Did he go to the address you guys had on file and that was verified multiple times? No! He showed up back at the wedding venue. Why would he pick up the bride from the wedding venue if he hadn't even dropper her off yet? Good lord.
