I had the absolute pleasure to meet Greg and Arthur at Gregs Autoshine. I was referred by a friend who has been getting his car detailed for many years. From the first time i met Arthur it was quickly apparent that he was a professional. He took one look at my car and knew exactly what needed to be done. In fact, instead of upselling like every other place i have taken my car he told me exactly what i needed to get the job done and nothing more. Hello. Under no circumstances would I give this detail shop any stars. As per rules I am compelled to give them a one star. These guys are totally unprofessional when it comes to keeping their word. They say they will take care of your car as if it is high-end car but they do the absolutely opposite. When I took my car back because the services that were provided the first time were not up to par, Arthur and his dad were very rude to me. They started to swear at me and got very defensive. I felt overpowered by them and felt as if I was going to be physically attacked. I had to leave from the place

I've used many other detail shops in the past however when I arrived at Gregs Autoshine they were extremely polite and professional. I had my Range Rover detailed with a complete detail package and paint correction, paint protection film and ceramic coating, the results are amazing!!!! The team was wonderful and return time was quick! Highly recommend if your looking for a professional detail shop with top quality products and service!

This place is a total rip- off. I had the worst experience of detailing my car. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had my car detailed here, but not worth of my money it’s a total waste. I paid $300 for a car detail but this guy did absolute nightmare of a job. When I went to drop my vehicle, he was super nice and bragging about his work and showed me his work on high-end cars so I thought he’ll do a good job. I found wet car mats on my car floors, as well there was still sand in my cup holders that was not cleaned. When you pay $300 for a detail you expect a good work. And when I brought my car back

I absolutely love Gregs Autoshine. I have been a loyal customer for several years and have nothing but good things to say about the owners Greg and Arthur. Both are gentlemen and treat all the clients as family and treat our cars as their own. I find it really unsettling reading the recent barrage of negative remarks from unknown people who are not even real customers and are only out to harm. I find this disgusting and unprofessional. Take it from me, this establishment works wonders and they provide even better customer service. Do yourself a favour folks and check for yourself.

I believe in giving people a second chance to make things right, but denying when you make a mistake, damage something and lying about it is not cool. With this said, use caution if you choose to bring your vehicle here.
Other than the damage that was done, the vehicle came out very well and does look good. There was definitely a good effort put into cleaning the vehicle and they are capable of doing a good job.
There's still an opportunity to make this right but I don't think that's going to happen.

I could rave for paragraphs upon paragraphs, but here's the bottom line: Forget the lack of reviews, pricing, or visibility of this establishment. If you truly want quality work, honesty, and your vehicle back at the promised time, you need to come here and speak to Arthur. Don't expect average industry pricing because the man produces more than average results. Truly above and beyond service and all expectations for a skeptic like myself. Your vehicle will be in good hands.
