After ensuring every inch of your car has been thoroughly hand washed from top to bottom, we will again power spray all soap and remaining dirt from your car.
Once your car has been fully washed, we apply hot wax for extra protection and blow dry car's excess water. Your car has now been fully cleaned and blow-dried. In this final step, we hand dry any areas of the car that is still wet, like the sides of car doors and also go through a final quality inspection to ensure your car has been thoroughly cleaned.

I have been here several times before with different types of vehicles and, for the most part, they do a decent job.
However, I must admit that some days are better than others and that sometimes there are noticeable oversights.
Anyway, it is still better than an automated car wash and one of the better options for hand wash in the area.

The spa area is dark so I was unable to see what was not done until I parked the car at home. The vehicle was full of noticeable dirt and dust. The mats were all still wet.
I was there waiting on the car and at no point they asked me to come and remove anything that would not allow them to get the job done properly so the areas were just ignored if there was a piece of paper or plastic .
I felt like I needed to clean the car first before taking it to them To CLEAN. I debated going back to ask them to address the areas but then I thought just don't go back.

I am disappointed in parkview hills car spa. I don’t feel like the service I got is worth $150.00. There was still dirt in my car grime in the media/dash area. Stains on the seats that they claimed they could not get out. I went to another place down the road and they were able to get out the stains. I didn’t feel comfortable going back to parkview hills car spa because I felt very uncomfortable by how the owner treated me on the phone. I shouldn’t have gone there in the first place when he talked to me on the phone in a very pressuring manner. I am sad that I waisted $150 on a very poor

Absolutely horrible expercience. Paid for a mini detail which was 62.99. They somehow made my car look worse than when I got there. They used dirty rags and scratched the exterior of my car which I will now have to get waxed and fixed, the dash, console, and door conditioning was absolutely hurendous, the rim and tire shine is non existent, there is lint all over my car, the windows aren't even clean, I could go on... Was recommended to go there from a friend who said they were amazing don't know if it's new ownership or something but they did a horrible job on my car. My mini detail took 25 min

Parkview Hills Car Spa is a pretty good in and out car wash for $25. The owner was there and you can tell he is very hands on with the process which is fantastic. Overall I liked the way my car came out. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the waiting area really isn't the most comfortable. I think a deep clean (especially the windows), fresh coat of paint, and some bar stools by the window would make a big difference and make the experience even better!

Since I had just bought a new car, I wanted to ensure it had the best treatment to prolong its condition. Their website was detailed, but I still had questions about the hand wax, exterior, and interior cleaning. The person whom I spoke to on the phone ensured I received the correct information and chose the right services for my needs. Overall, I felt confident in the service I was receiving, and the guys did a fantastic job. The only reason why I am even giving this place a 1 star was the fact that they cleaned my car well and when I came back to complain that my trunk was not properly cleaned, they cleaned it up for me.
The problem that I have with Parkview is THEFT! Definitely, it is my stupidity that I left my $500 brand new Gucci sunglasses in the armrest. But you would like to think that since these guys have a reputation to uphold and business to run, they would monitor and control potential theft issues.
I am writing this review after 3 months from my visit because I wanted to be sure that the sunglasses

Went here twice based on Groupons, with no complaints. however, after the third visit i didn't do a thorough check since i trusted them. later that night (sunday) when i was re-installing my baby seat i noticed my front side carpet mats were missing but not the rear mats. i called the manager that my carpet mats were missing. he called back on tues and put the washer on who claims he never ever saw them. i've never removed them ever, and noticed my rubber mats were screwed in (which i never do cause only the carpet is screwed in). if you look at a past reviewer on google maps, there is

I found this place through Groupon when I purchased a voucher for detailing as a gift for my boyfriend. I called Parkview to book a same day appointment, but they advised that you have to book appointments at least 1 day in advance and cancel with like 24 hours notice or something like that. Pretty standard. So my boyfriend booked online for the next day (a Monday) and drove to his appointment. He shows up to the appointment and the place is CLOSED. Terrible doesn't describe these clowns. Wait in line for over an hour to find out that their shampoo machine isn't working and they can't clean carpets. The big sign out front is advertising a special on cleaning carpet. But they couldn't be bothered to share that while people were waiting line? Or to put up a note? Or remove the portable sign advertising the special?
The manager says "my guys barely read English, how they gonna know to take down the sign? The shampoo machine is broken. Not my fault."

They DENTED my BMW door in front of my eyes because the spray gun broke off and hit the car like a bullet. But the worse part is they behaved like common street hugs when i pointed it out politely. They started screaming how its not their fault.
Even the other customers that were there started to ask why they are treating a customer like such. It felt more like I had made a mistake instead of them. If i hadn't seen it happen though the glass window they would have denied it all.

I went there for an engine wash and I wouldn't be going again.
I told them the my engine leaks oil and I want it washed and degrease so I could find the oil leaks.
All they did was an engine cosmetics. They cleaned it on the top a little bit.
The engine is till greasy and dirty on the sides around the gasket.
All I can say it's well wasted $35.

Horrible and corrupt. They broke our car mirror then, despite being obvious that it was their fault denied it. After arguing with them, they offered to glue the part they broke but refused to replace it... even tried to hang it back in place to disguise it. I'd never use them again!
An update... the below response from the company is completely bogus and shows how utterly dishonest this business is. They didn't bother to call me back, only posted a reply here so that says something in itself. On top of breaking the mirror and trying to cover it up they also scratched an arm rest
