This florist is in a convenient location by a big office, which is handy because there's always a celebration of some sort in offices (birthdays, congratulations, farewells, etc.)
The boutique itself is very cute, super rustic and pinteresty feeling (picture a country/mason jar/ twine adorned wedding, Blossom Boutique would be their florist).
The customer service however is mediocre, they did a beautiful job with the arrangement, but were not the friendliest. I felt like whenever I asked them a question, I was being a bother. Like the previous posts said, the flowers are extremely overpriced

This place is is quite nice on the inside. They've got a lot of products that would make exceptional gifts.
However, i'm not likely going to go back here. I found the place just a little too expensive for what it was because the service was not in line with the pricing. The flower selection was surprisingly small as well. There are places in the GTA in the same price range that do so much more and afford a much richer experience.
