This type of foam is resistant to moisture penetration which makes it suitable as a vapour barrier. It is a closed-cell spray foam is polyurethane-based and cures quickly to form a a rigid "shell" that serves as an ideal thermal barrier. Closed-cell foam maintains a higher R-Value than virtually all other types of insulation.

The team at Foamworks was a pleasure to deal with. Fair pricing and great service. Initial scope of work meeting was efficient. Work was outlined clearly. Day of, the team showed up on time and completed the work in short order. We had our entire basement, crawl space and garage done. Work was very tidy. Highly recommend
