If negative stars were possible yvon would be a perfect for that. 1 star will have to do.
Where to start. i first called in september to arrange a quote for my new build and renovation. at first the sales man (dave) was very good promised he would be able to take care of everything we needed. After i agreed with price the terrible service began.
I emailed dave on oct 25 to arrange a time for him to measure. he assured me a least 3 weeks needed to book an crew in for this job. i was very clear from the start this was to be completed no later than dec 23. i had already had many other trades lined

Worst delivery company I've ever had the displeasure of using. Loading commercial building, almost every sheet of drywall gets the bevels smashed (they drop/SLAM every.single.sheet) Bundles of steel are guaranteed to have the top or bottom all bent out of shape rendering them useless because the operator has no clue where his forks are half the time. Sure, it could be just 1 crew... nope. I've seen all of them, they're all the same 10/10 would never recommend

From the initial on-site assessment (Nathan) to the application process, we at iLevel were certainly satisfied with the service and the communication they provided, along with the workmanship and prep work that was taken by their spray foam & insulation team.
We won't hesitate to use them again in the case we ever need their services going forward!

A private contractor referred by home depot came to give me a quote, he gave me a quote even without bothering to look at the attic. Then I called Yvon insulation, Nathan came and he looked at the attic and said your insulation is perfectly fine and you don't need any update. I really appreciate his honest opinion while he could charge me for doing nothing.

Yvon Insulation did the original insulation on our very large house. The previous owner decided not to insulate over the garage, wasn't code. We decided to insulate over the garage and increase the house to R60 at the same time. Yvon insulation did a great job and delivered on their quote.
