I had my wifes macbook screen ordered and replaced with JRM and it was a fast comfortable experience. I received 5 quotes from different local shops and JRM had the best price available with almost no wait. JRM was able to accommodate our busy schedule and do the repairs on our time. I am a former software engineer but after 20 years of a non-tech career I returned to programming and needed Windows10. I haven't used Microsoft or related hardware in decades (I'm still familiar but very rusty), so I went to Joe at JRM for his advice. The refurbished system he put together for my [extremely niche] computing needs exceeded my expectations, yet only cost 33% what I would have paid if I had bought a new system online or from a big box. I needed to buy a desktop computer as that’s my preference to run photo editing software, and do basic computer tasks. I shopped all major retail stores including memory express, Amazon, and a few independent suppliers. I came across Joe at JRM, and provided information in what my purpose for a desktop would be. He had a unit that was $300. As I compared prices I noticed to my knowledge there were cheaper options at memory express and Amazon, their hard drives were bigger and on paper felt like a better buy. I showed Joe these other units for sale. He explained he can sell me those units as well
