The one thing I want to mention is that the ITeam has always been there for me. Anytime I had computer problems they were there to help and solve my problems. They are all great individuals and I recommend them to anyone as they go out of their way to help you when you are in need. Their professionalism, their expertise and knowledge is beyond what one could ever imagine. They are great people and a great company.

When it comes to managing IT systems, cyber security, 24/7 support and cloud based software, The iTeam have been a great resource for me and my companies. I have been using The iTeam for over 10 years. I find their staff knowledgeable, polite and always willing to help. Their systems, including the ability to remote into your device, enables them to help you with any IT problem, large or small. I would definitely recommend the Iteam.

Our company has been extremely happy with the service provided to us from The ITEam. From their first presentation to us we knew what services they would provide for us. On their recommendation we upgraded our computers and moved to a central server computer system. We signed up for the Complete Care package - we have a tech assigned to our account. He is extremely knowledgeable. If we ever have an issue, big or small, we call or email The ITeam and either our tech helps us out or if he is unavailable someone with The ITeam Support line can assist us - over the phone or by coming to our office
