What to Expect Report

As a new client of our Animal Hospital in Campbellford, you can expect our full attention to your pets' needs. Our service will be provided with courtesy and respect. When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we will usher you into an examination room as soon as we have one available.

We are happy to book an appointment for you. This is not an automatic process. Once we receive your request, we will contact you to confirm a date and time that is as close to your request as possible. If your appointment has not been confirmed within 24 hours, please feel free to contact the practice by phone to confirm.

WOW! The most amazing veterinary experience ever. We took our dog Frazer here for a dental procedure and cannot say enough about the professional and reliable service we received right from the time we dropped him off until Dr. Gwen and Kathy “delivered” (yes I said delivered) him to us in the parking lot of Dollarama. Let me explain. As we were a bit early to pick him up we stopped at Dollarama. When we returned to the car after shopping we found a dead car battery and couldn’t get to the clinic. Don't know. We have to stay outside while our animals are being tended to. We have no idea until they come out with bill and debit machine. Damn Covid. Dr. Gwen is outstanding ! I trust no one else with my parrot.

This was my 1st time bring me Dog Hachi here to Campbellford Veterinar. Hachi was very will looked after and is doing great after she got fixed. All the staff that's looked after Hachi did a great job doing so Very very staff, there took the time to explain everything to me in detail knowing that I'm hearing impaired, with an implant to hear with, they explain everything to me in detail and took there time explaining things to me they did an awesome job working on Hachi!! And the prices are very reasonable I would and will recommend anyone to go there to take of their pet to be looked after!! If

Abby had her first visit during covid restrictions today and I was really nerouvs about not being able to go in with her. But the technician was so accommodating and helpful. They did a great job of keeping everyone organized and taken care of!

We have a very touchy dog health wise, and the folks here are really good at discussing what's going on with my pet. They answer all my questions and go out of their way to make my dog is doing well. I recommend this business for some good quality care.

We're new to the area and have 4 dogs with varying needs and all of our experiences with the clinic so far have been amazing! The receptionists, vet techs and veterinarian have all been extremely helpful and knowledgeable and have been friendly and efficient in this unprecedented time.
