I have been coming here since I was 15 or 16. I am now in my 30s. Over the years they have had two wonderful front staff who are always so tentative, comforting and honest. They treat you so personable and you can easily lose time just chatting. Wide selection and variety of frames, offer many discounts for students. Will always recommend and keep coming back as long as they're open.

I have been using their services for the last ten years. I have never felt the need to go anyplace else. The customer service is beyond friendly. There is an optometrist's office inside so you don't have to worry about getting your eyes checked elsewhere. Earlier, when I was a student, they accepted all sort of benefit plans without any hassles.
I would definitely continue to go there for hassle free experience from competent people who treat me as a friend.

0 stars - they charged my brother 22.60 to put l... as they called it "a special screw" into my glasses which doesn't even fit and has ruined the metal that the screw goes into ... so my 600$ glasses now need to go out for further repair because this business just wanted to make a buck instead of just saying they couldn't fix it. Thanks a lot you crooks.
