We had a terrible experience with Barber Glass. Long story short, they installed custom mirrors in two freshly renovated bathrooms. A day or so after installation, the mirror fell from the wall, having been badly installed. In the process, damage was caused to the countertop, taps, and floor. They reinstalled a few days later and the same thing happened again, causing more damage to the wall, custom vanity, and shower cill. After initially agreeing to compensate us, they then flatly refused to reply to calls and emails. Even messages to John Barber were ignored. We provided copies of receipts for
