In Response to Ivan P. Ivan, What you describe never occurred, this is totally opposite to our policy as we offer a warranty with all our used refurbished equipment. I do not know who you are or your motivation for posting something like this, is it possible you work for one of our competitors? In any event, if you are upset and have an item that you purchased from us, please contact me directly and we will correct it.
