Exceptional. The team at the Rockwood pharmacy are dedicated, knowledgeable and go the extra mile. I have learned more from these pharmacists and it's an entirely different experience than anything I can compare to.

My son has been having constant ear infections lately. He was prescribed a stronger antibiotic that was not in stock at the time. Normally it wouldn’t have come in until the next day. The pharmacist went above and beyond to source it so we could start his prescription right away. The service has been above par, especially during this pandemic. It has such a nice small town feel and Rockwood is lucky to have such a nice place to shop and get our prescriptions.

The pharmacists serving the public at the Rockwood Pharmacy are outstanding and should be commended for going the extra mile through this global pandemic. Thank you so much for ensuring the medications that I needed were available and ready for pick up within hours of it being ordered. With the change in legislation due to the pandemic and I am sure a change in the supply chain for certain products, I am so thankful to have such an amazing support for my family and the Rockwood community. Thank you so much Rockwood Pharmacy Staff!!

Just to advise any current or future customers with Rockwood Pharmacy, that they do NOT go the extra mile for customers. They won't even delivery an over the counter item (not prescription) to a resident in major pain with a migraine. A customer without access to a car or in walking distance. In this time of need, you would think their Pharmacist staff members would have some sort of compassion. They certainly went front line workers.

It is an absolute pleasure coming to Rockwood Pharmacy for all my medical needs. All the Pharmacists and Staff are fantastic, and it gives me a great feeling to be able to know the team on a first name. There is a lot to be said about small-town enterprises, and this pharmacy takes first place. Thanks for the many years of taking care of us.

I like shopping local but one lady is not very friendly, I always feel I am putting her out. The rest are great. I understand I have to order the drugs for next day, it's a small place.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The kind of personal service you get from a local company versus a large chain. Great people. Good product selection and special orders are never a problem.

If you have any choice, do not use these people. They are extremely unreliable and have screwed up prescription after prescription -- which in turn affected a family member's very serious illness treatment, all without a call.
If you enjoy rude, and useless service - by all means spend your money with these jackwagons.
