I am happy with West End Autobody. They got us in quickly after our accident for an estimate and have been very good with communicating about the repairs as we have to wait for some back ordered parts from the manufacturer. They have promised me a courtesy car for while.the repairs are being done which is super helpful as we can't be without a car! Thanks West End Auto!

My car was rammed by a dump truck and the trunk was wrecked. They were so professional and helpful with the entire process had a rental set up through them for the duration of repairs. I would not hesitate to go there again, the knowledgeable and friendly attitude of their employees made it a pleasant experience

One More AMAZING (Uninsured) Repair: 2007 Odyssey Hail Damage and SIGNIFICANT Hit and Run On Sliding Door and Body. Exceeded my expectation on Cost and Difficult Paint and line repair. Neighbours are car mechanics and they as well cannot believe the final product and Price. I am a perfectionist, and I cannot believe how they pleasantly surprised me AGAIN!! The Honda Van was loyal to my family so we treated it to a new look. This was an emotional repair not a financially sound repair, but these vans run forever.

Today I went in to West End looking for a repair on my door. What could have cost me hundreds (if not thousands) in repairs, they offered to polish it up as best they could instead. The job was excellent and they didn't charge me. The service was friendly and professional. A full throttle recommendation to West End!

I can only say, WOW. The customer service here is TERRIBLE as of late. I have dealt with this body shop for years and the work is for the most part great. HOWEVER my most resent exsperiance wirh customer service has left a very bad taste in my mouth.
I guess like many companies as we age we have to change our the people who made us who we are, built the reputation and then BOOM!! New people terrible sèrvice because they feel the business will come there way no matter what? NEWS FLASH, It us the customers like me who reccomend service and quality to friends and family. I am so incredibly disappointed in the disorganization of this business. Considering they are accredited thru ICBC and charge whatever they would like you would think they would be able to run an organized business and would like customers to return. This is my second time dealing with West End and I will not be returning. I had a scheduled appointment, and had called to confirm my appointment the day before-and of course when I went to drop off my vehicle, the appointment had been cancelled. There was no phone call, nor did they seem to care that I had taken time out of my schedule to show up

A while back I took my motorcycle in to see if they could do a paint touch up on the flaring. When I went in to reception they left me with the feeling that they weren't all that interested in my business... The fellow came out to have a look and he too sure didn't give me the "warm and fuzzies" that they wanted my business. Long story short - I took it down the road and the reception was far more inviting and I dealt with them instead.
Now, I have the pleasure of having some kind person think it's pretty funny to key passenger door of my car. I looked at the ICBC list

This body shop goes above and beyond! I unfortunately did not have insurance to cover the damage to my car. Stefan worked so hard to find me great prices on the parts needed to repair my vehicle. He took the time to show me exactly what needed fixing and how it should look after they finish it. Communication is key for me when I'm dealing with car things. I don't feel knowledgeable enough to know when I'm being ripped off, so I'm always appreciative of staff who take the time to explain the details in terms that I understand.
