I went to beautiful nails with a 11am nail appt and my appt started at 11. Loved the fact i did not have to wait my appt started at the scheduled time . The salon is super clean and smells clean . Makes you feel comfortable in these crazy times with Covid. Steven did my nails he was friendly and professional . He made sure it was to my liking and checked throughout the process to see if i liked it. The customer service was awesome which you sometimes lack in nail shops but not this one. Needless to say i already made my second appt. I will definitely be returning. Sometimes trying new places turn

Wow. This is the ABSOLUTE BEST place ever! The staff are so warm and friendly and super accommodating. My friends and I frequently get together for a spa day and have tried several different places, but none… compare to this place. The atmosphere is so relaxing and soothing and the employees just add to the environment. Hot rock leg massages! Yes! Seriously, this place is the best!

Lazy tech used the same file he used to "shape" my nails to remove my cuticles!! I repeatedly pulled my hand away saying Ouch you're hurting me and he just continued. I know that I should have stopped him sooner but I just felt a lot of heat from the file and I was supposed to go to a five star restaurant with my daughter and her new boyfriend so I did stop him when I felt the stinging start but I really didn't realize that's not supposed to happen and I didn't see the cuts until I walked outside!! I never get to have my nails done and go to dinner and this "experience

The BEST nail salon in Kelowna, hands down. Excellent customer service, friendly staff, nice touches (wine!), and great work (acrylic, gel/shellac, pedicures, art/design). I came here three years ago after being disappointed many times at other nail salons, and I have never looked anywhere else ever since. Thank you, Beautiful Nails, for always keeping my nails beautiful! :)

Promising salon but the quality was undelivered. We booked an appointment days in advance but still had to wait over 20 mins to get our manicures. My friend had to wait beside me while the tech did my nails, and once she was done with my nails the same tech moved on and did hers. I understand this kind of service if we hadn't booked an appointment but we did...
Shellac manicure was extremely rushed and I was left with polish all over my cuticles and under my nails. The tech was really sweet and kind but did not provide the good quality/ service I would expect for a 35$ manicure.

I went in and asked for marble nails, I originally had yellow nails. As we started she didn't even file off the yellow then when I asked why she didn't file it off she said that she couldn't or else she would need to take the whole nail off. She went over the yellow and made it VERY thick then her co worker looked over and told her we wouldn't be able to do marble because there's still yellow on my nails. She got up to get a new colour and I told the lady beside us that she " couldn't" take the yellow off and she looked very confused. So now my nails are

At first we walked in and asked for two sets of nails, so she took my friend first while I had to wait another hour before I could go(that's not so bad) I even timed it to make sure, then as we were getting our nails done she just started putting the fake nails on, not even doing a manicure, they didn't cut our cuticles or anything, so I thought oh well that's fine I guess, but when my nails were on and painted she started cutting my cuticles saying it was a hang nail, and she cut me. It could get infected and as she was cutting my cuticles She would push very hard on the cut, and

I had such an amazing experience at Beautiful Nails! Loan took her time with me and made sure that everything was perfect. It was the first time I hadn't felt rushed in a nail salon and I'm so appreciative for it! Long Ta bought an existing company and changed the name, but kept the old phone number to attract business. He wants the benefits but none of the liability associated with acquiring a business.
So here is the situation - I was given a purchased gift certificate some time ago for $50, but the new owner will not give any recognition of the certificate. I offered to accept a 20% discount ($8 per pedicure) until the value of my certificate is used as this would give him revenue to cover his hard costs and likely some profit, but he has declined and could care less about trying to make an ugly situation

I'm still smiling looking at my nails, what a great experience. It's too bad I don't live close to here as this would be my forever nail salon. The technician was fantastic and thorough, she even dried between my little toes! Think about that, in all the nail salons I've visited I've had my feet quickly patted dry but never had anyone dried between my toes. She also put spacers and the disposable flip flops on BEFORE painting my nails. It was a great experience and one I'm likely to measure all future manicures and pedicures by.

Perhaps I have unrealistic expectations coming from a large metropolitan city, but I found my pedicure to be of less than average quality and not worth the prices charged. I did not ask for a hot stone treatment nor did my young daughter and niece the both of whom I was treating to a pedicure. We were charged for premium pedicures anyway. The hot stone "treatment" took all of 30 seconds as there was absolutely no massage to speak of, and no lotion applied to my feet at all. Strange for a pedicure, don't you think? Better communication from the staff would be beneficial. Next time
