Jesse has been working in beauty and easthetics for over 6 years in Vancouver before opening Devotion in Kelowna over 7 years ago. He has worked for a number of quality spas and salons including LaLotus Nail Spa, Canvas Salon, and Four Seasons Nails. Jesse was certified at the Roggendorf School of Hairdressing and Nails in Nail Technology and Eyelash Extensions.

Had to leave 3 stars because I could not post the review with 1 star rating. Staff were very unprofessional. They made many rude comments and jokes. I wanted shellac polish however they would not show any to me. The quality of the manicure is also very poor.

I highly recommend Devotion Nail Spa & Salon! The staff is amazing and makes you feel very at home as soon as you walk in the door. I've never had a better nail salon experience, especially here in Kelowna. The salon was clean and well kept. When my friend and I got home, we noticed our polish from our pedicure was starting to peel a little, so we emailed them to let them know as we were sure it was that they applied some creams to our feet before applying the polish. Sadly disappointed. It’s close to home so we were hopeful. My husband & I went for pedicures at 5:30 pm on a Thursday evening. His was ok as the owner did his. Very friendly and talkative. It was nothing super great, just average.
Henry however did my pedicure and I have to say I was dissatisfied with the amount of time he used on the scrubbing around the heels of the foot. Just a few minutes. My biggest disappointment was 2-3 hours later the gel toes were still tacky, sticky. They have never “ cured” properly…

Fabulous experience!! Emailed to inquire about an appointment. Had a call back within minutes and I was able to go right in. Mark who did my pedicure was amazing. Nice fellow a d such attention to detail. One of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. Right in my own neighborhood. I will be back.

This was by far the best nail salon I have ever been to. As soon as I walked in everyone was so unbelievably friendly. My friend and I got a mani & pedi and we had so much fun! The staff were making us laugh so hard and it was just such a great experience. The staff took their time and made our experience so enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend! Also very clean!
