Very shoddy work, totally unprofessional and not worth it. Save your money and do it yourself. No point wasting your money on everything you have to do. They miss deadlines(very imp) ones. There is no excuse for incompetence and missing deadlines. You lose valuable time over they missing stuff on your application which could have benefitted your cause. I would highly recommend not to utilize their services.

Don't pay them! They charged me $950 and asked for another $950 after one month, for a very simple work that turned out they didn't even do. I hired them to fill and submit express entry form on my behalf and paid $950 upfront. This is a form that you can fill in 4 hours. They kept me waiting for 1 month, until they say the form is complete and ready to submit and asked me for additional $950. When I asked them to show it to me, they delayed for 1 more month. I had to ask 5 times by e-mail and phone, until eventually they revealed to me an incomplete form with a lot of caveats and asked
