Drive in any direction and you will find yourself on another shore in Cape Breton.
Our View of the Sea Cottages webcam is positioned to show you the view from the cottages showing our beach area and looking at Kelly's Mountain standing over the Bras d'Or Lake. Hi, Our rates are on our website. Depending on the size of the cottage 120$ to 149$ per night for 2 adults and children under 12 yoa.

Amazing view of Great Bras D'or Channel & Kellys Mountain; spacious & immaculate cottage; great location for the sites we wanted to see (Cabot Trail, Alexander Graham Bell Museum, Fortress Louisburg & Miners Museum); A+ for hospitality by both the owner/operator and the locals. Highly recommended by the Kellys from Halifax NS

This was one of the nicest vacation rentals we came across! Born and raised on Cape Breton and these accomodations were above and beyond any other place we have stayed. They had everything we needed and more. These hosts were so sweet and down to earth and the property is a private little gem!! The view was spectacular the beach was private and the kid setup was awesome. They even supplied everything needed to make the perfect sand castle. These cabins are spotless you cannot beat the price and we will certainly be back!

We have enjoyed Mark and Gina’s hospitality for the last 8 or 9 years. The cottage was always in immaculate condition and cleanliness was one of their top priorities even before the pandemic struck.
2020 was to be a special year for our family as we had also booked a second cottage in August for 3 weeks for our daughter, son in law and 2 grandchildren. Being from outside the Atlantic bubble we were to quarantine for 2 weeks which did not make it feasible for the family to fly down also taking in the risk factor of flying. As difficult as it was, we made the only practical decision and that was

Beautiful spot!! Can't say enough about the amazing view! We stayed in cottage 3, which was the smallest and closest to the water. The cottage had everything we needed and was so clean and well organized. Lots of little personal touches were much appreciated, like cold bottled water in the fridge, ice cube trays already full and frozen, and a basket of some extra toiletries in the bathroom. Cottage had its own BBQ, and outdoor table and chairs. The property has its own private beach, quite grassy though, but the water was so refreshing. It had a playground and a horseshoe pit. The only downside

SIX OUT OF FIVE - Cottage 1 is an amazing little spot against the most incredible backdrop and the nicest hosts, ever!!
Our family of four stayed for this past Thanksgiving week in Cottage 1. I don't think the pictures do this Cottage justice - it's so nice. I loved the open concept; it was fiercely cleaned for our arrival and all 'round nicely and simply decorated. Small but loaded kitchen and a great little bathroom.
**Terrific views. Just phenomenal.**
My four year old loved the park by the beach - and no wonder; it's really nicely appointed. My 9 month old actually couldn't find much to
